  • Star vs snowflake schema

Unit 4: DAX Fundamentals (2 hrs)

  • Introduction to DAX
  • Aggregation, filter, and time intelligence functions

Unit 5: Visualization & Report Building (2 hrs)

  • Charts: bar, pie, line, combo
  • Slicers, cards, tables, KPIs
  • Formatting and themes

Unit 6: Advanced Visuals and Custom Charts (2 hrs)

  • Tree maps, waterfall, maps
  • Drill-throughs and bookmarks
  • Tooltips and buttons

Unit 7: Power BI Service & Sharing (2 hrs)

  • Publishing to Power BI Service
  • Creating and sharing dashboards

Unit 8: Case Study – Mini BI Project (2 hrs)

  • Sales/HR dataset
  • Problem statement, dashboard design, presentation

Unit 9: Power BI + Excel & SQL Integration (2 hrs)

  • Using Excel files in Power BI
  • Connecting to SQL Server
  • Refresh, schedule, gateway overview
