Managing the Store and Retail Operations module focuses on the retail store operations that offer valuable skills and insights that can greatly benefit students' careers, whether they choose to work in retail, entrepreneurship, or other sectors. This module is divided into 5 parts, where the students will learn about store design, store layout, store management responsibilities, merchandise presentation techniques and day-to-day activities of retail store business like sales, inventory, customer service, staff management, and store maintenance that helps in running the store business smoothly and efficiently.
