Overview

This 15-hour Short-Term Course on HR Analytics provides participants with a practical introduction to HR Analytics using two widely adopted business tools—Microsoft Excel and Microsoft Power BI. The course covers the fundamentals of HR Analytics, key HR metrics and dashboards, and analytical applications across recruitment, learning and development, performance management, compensation, and workforce analytics. Through hands-on exercises, case studies, and dashboard development, participants will gain practical skills to analyze HR data and communicate insights effectively for managerial decision-making.
